Inner management

What is meditation? I’m practicing it for a 15 years and for the 10 years teach other people, how to meditate. And this question is the most frequent, what the people are often asking. It’s important to understand, because people want to know – do they really need it or not? So it’s important to explain it in the fast modern and very simple way. Only if the explanation is short, easy to understand and really interesting – it’s working.

So what is it Meditation? In a two words – it’s an inner management.
We are living in a very fast time. Very important to know how to improve things. And a lots ‘of people know what is management and why is it so important to manage things.

We use management almost everywhere: for business, for finances, for family, for our relations. Management helps us to do thing better, to improve the quality, to be more effective in different cases. What management is really doing? It helps you to understand the process from different sides. Understand means to see what influencing on to this process. To know it strong and weak points. And then you can understand what you can do to help the process to become more effective. Maybe you decrease some bad sides, maybe strengthen some good sides. So you are managing. You are giving more attention and more conscious to the process. And it starts to work better. Management helps us to turn the chaotic processes under our control.

We usually use management for the outer things. Even for the time we can use it. But not for the inner space. What inner things I’m talking about? Our body: inner organs, our hormonal system, our blood. Our psyche: emotions, reactions, thoughts. Can you manage it? Can you really influence on it? Do you know how to do it? Do you have an instrument which helps you to turn all this thing under your control? Of course no.
But it’s interesting is it?

So the meditation is this instrument. It help you to turn your attention to the inner processes and to learn how to manage it. Meditation is the management which can help you to understand yourself. Not from the philosophic point of view, but from the practical. Through the meditation you can really influence on to the work of your inner organs, blood, hormonal system, emotions, reactions etc. It help you to decrease bad inner processes (diseases, tensions, emotional stresses) and strengthen good processes (immunity, positive thoughts, good skills). Can you just imaging what can it give to you if you will be able to do this? Maybe in some cases you will become like a superhero J.

So meditation is just an instrument which is helping you to become much more effective in your everyday life. Do you know somebody who don’t want it?
I guess no.
